Fitness Point
In this first post I will discuss about the point fitness. Fitness orcommonly called ngegym i.e. human activities conducted in the modern era with some of the existing tools. The activities carried out in the room. The number of people who do these activities most of which there are wishing that they could have a nice body shape so as not to prestige when it comes out or hang out with friends of his ataupn. In addition to this, some people are too eager to let the body with activities they remain fit and healthy. No exception those that solid work schedule.They need this activity in order to keep their body condition and activity of this does not make them saturated because this activity is done in a room that is not touched by the Sun. For fitness or ngegym this can be done by various groups of teens, adults, and seniors. Children can also do this activity but it should be with the supervision of a parent, is not permitted without the supervision of a parent because something is impossible and undesirable can happen and it's not the responsibility of the owner ofthe party place of fitness. In fitness activities, there are a few points we should know:
1. Do a light warm-up. Either a novice or senior ditahap this should be done earlyevery fitness activities because in doing so we hooked muscle to do the next stagesand also let the later muscle we don't cramp.
2. A little game for beginners. Special beginners, it is recommended that not manyother fitness tools play and don't get too heavy load due to mengangakat in the first phase joined fitness muscle surely we're too tired that eventually later make our agency feel sick.
3. do not rest for too long. This is an important point, because the majority of peoplewho do their fitness routine will break a little old when they start sweating. Whereas insuch conditions should they continue to actively move despite doing things like usinga similar fitness bikes. For a nice rest if we still want to melankutkan the fitnessroutines do not let more than a minute because if we break more than a minute thenour muscles are already horny for active become limp back and it makes us males to move
4. follow the rules or tips and trick from the instructor. Beginning fitness activitiesshould we join the discussions to the instructor about what we expect from the fitnessactivities. Later the instructor will give us tips and trick expectations we want.
